Rooibos masala chai

Ingredients and Origin: Rooibos (South Africa Cert organic), cinnamon (Sri-Lanka organic), ginger (Sri-Lanka Cert organic), star anise (China Cert organic), clove (Egypt Cert organic), black pepper (Sri-Lanka organic), fennel (Australin Cert organic) and liquorice (Australian Cert organic)

Notes: caramel, anise, ginger

To prepare, add 2 tsps of masala to every 200ml of water in a small pot, and bring to the boil for 2 mins. Add milk (50/50 milk & water) and simmer a further 2 mins. This caffiene free chai, tastes best with a little honey added.
